How to contact us after Alta operating hours? 

You can reach us at (07) 3211 3624 during our business hours, Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm. If you are contacting us outside of these hours, feel free to call us at 0485 540 628 or email info@altacatering.com.au or by https://altacatering.com.au/pages/contact-us, where we regularly check our enquiries and will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

 

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Orders over $50 within Brisbane CBD get
 free delivery. For orders under $50 or outside the CBD, a small delivery fee applies (starting at $30, depending on location).

 

 

Can you handle last-minute or same-day orders?
Our standard cut-off is 5:00 PM for next-day catering. For last-minute or same-day 04 8554 0628 or email info@altacatering.com.au as soon as possible.

 

 

What’s the minimum order amount?
There’s a
 $50 minimum for delivery orders. In-store pickup orders have no minimum, so feel free to grab what you need.

 

 

What type of sandwich fillings do you offer?

All our handmade sandwiches, wraps and baguettes are freshly made on the day of delivery! We offer a variety of gourmet fillings, including chicken, beef, ham, turkey, salmon, and more. We also cater to a range of dietary needs, with options available for Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free.

 

I can’t find what I want on your online menu. Can you do custom catering food?
Absolutely! If you don’t see what you’re after on our menu, you can email your request to
 info@altacatering.com.au or call (07) 3211 3624. In most cases, we can always fulfil your custom request. 

 

Can I request individual packaging instead of shared platters?

Yes, absolutely!

We're happy to accommodate individual packaging upon request — it's a great option for meetings, workshops, or when you want to keep things extra convenient and hygienic. Please note, there is an additional charge of $1 per individually packed meal. Just let us know when placing your order!

 


 

Do you offer recurring catering for offices?
Yes, we can set up regular catering for your team’s meetings or lunches. Email us to discuss frequency, menus, and discounts for recurring orders.

 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel up to
 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust or cancel your order —  including edits to an already submitted online order — please get in touch with our team as soon as possible by emailing info@catering.com.au or calling us on (07) 3211 3624. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I place an order?
Ordering is easy, and you’ve got four convenient options:

Can I get a quote? What information do you need?
Absolutely! We’re happy to provide a quote to ensure you’re completely confident before placing an order.

Include details like the date of your event, delivery location, number of people, and the type of meals you’re after is always great to help us get started. Have dietary needs? No worries — we’ll make sure to include suitable options for everyone.

 

Can I order for multiple days?
Absolutely!

If you're ordering online, simply place a separate order for each delivery date.

If you're emailing your order, just include the relevant details for each day — such as date, delivery address, number of people, and any dietary requirements — and we'll take care of the rest!

Yes, you can!

Dietary Requirements

Do you cater to special or custom dietary needs?

Yes, we do!

In addition to common dietary options like gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and halal, we’re also happy to accommodate special or custom dietary requirements.

Simply include your dietary needs or allergies when placing your order or give us a call to discuss. We’ll do our best to tailor our options to suit your request.

 

How do you pack dietary and allergy-friendly catering ?

We pack all dietary and allergy-specific items separately with a clear label, so you can easily identify each option. This ensures safe handling and makes it simple to distribute the right meals to the right people.

 

How do you handle allergies?

While we prepare food in a kitchen that handles common allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten), we’ll take every precaution to minimise risks.

While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen ingredients. As such, there is a risk that traces may be present in some items.

Customers with food allergies should be aware of this risk, and we do not accept liability for any allergic reactions that may occur.
